The last three hooks I would love to see around...with some tweak because they are a bit special...(i.e. the most accessed pages of a forum, that means I find useless to pass around arrays and call functions if it is not really really necessary)

Alter columnss is a job for maintenace tasks, not for settings change: moved the altering of the body table from text to mediumtext and vice versa to maintenance with proper checks and warnings regarding possible truncated messages
