! Preliminary support for notifying a user their options have been saved in the admin panel, per #802. This only covers 4 of the 5 in Forum > Posts and Topics but it's a start. Basically, set $_SESSION['adm-save'] to boolean true when settings were saved, or the error message if not.

! Antispam questions should support multiple languages and multiple answers per question. Note that this does not, currently, support upgrading existing questions but likely it would be better if the admin were to review their questions anyway. Apologies to JS purists; I'm sure the JS could be better handled but someone better than I should probably do that.
